PROJECT SUMMARY
“The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honours the servant and has forgotten the gift.” A. Einstein
Biodynamic cultivation draws its inspiration from the ideas of Rudolph Steiner; ideas that envisage sustainable systems for agriculture and therefore for the quality of food.
The idea is to create a restaurant in which it is possible to eat, to buy goods or even to take part in courses on healthy nutrition that intends to respect the seasonality of food.
These principles are at the foundation of our proposal of an organic architecture, not only for the whole picture, but, also, with respect to the details. A ribbon, like the seating-counter element itself, is meant to create a sense of continuity between the two floors of the restaurant, evoking and putting into action the continuous cycle of eating and the pleasures of food.
