DRA&U has completed the design of CASA QUADRO, a five-story residential building with a basement level, to be built in the Mbadon neighborhood of Abidjan.

The project stands out for its rigorous composition and sculptural façade treatment, designed to respond to the tropical climate while establishing a strong architectural presence. The compact volume is carved with loggias, frames, and voids that lend depth, shadow, and expression to the building. Scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, CASA QUADRO aims to become a landmark in the urban regeneration of Abidjan, and of the Mbadon district in particular, offering a new model of residential density, spatial quality, and environmental sensitivity.
