PROJECT SUMMARY
The project is located within the redevelopment plan initiated in the municipality of Ovada which provides the riqualification of an industrial site to be substituted by commercial space and a complex of 10 residential buildings. The building designed by DRA&U is characterized by the trapezoidal shape that follows the shape of the plot area. It stands on three levels, of which the first two floors are designed to store clothing and accessories, while at the top floor will be built a lounge bar continuously through the large windows on the terrace that can accommodate summer events. The building is characterized by the coating made of solid surface, plaster and panels in Aquapanel. The lighting system will be installed within the thickness of the corian panels. The interior space is designed as an open space where the predominant color is white.
