PROJECT SUMMARY
The project involves the urban development and the construction of housing comprising terrace houses, villas of 250 and 500 square meters. The masterplan has been designed taking inspiration from the Voronoi diagram.
This low intensity settlement is characterized by an architectural language that differentiates clearly from high-rise buildings constructed in Almaty. The materials that were chosen belong to Kazakh dictionary and are intended to serve as a binder with more contemporary architecture.
We have emphasized the concept of the winter garden, the architectural element that embellishes the units and transmits to the interior a lots of natural light.
