Today DRA&U’s Kenya Social Housing project was presented to the government officials, as a part of the initiative to deliver a series of social programmes to promote long-term economic development for Kenyan citizens.

Our low cost project targets to putting up multi-story houses, in order to ease a shortage of housing in Kenya. The pilot urban development model is spread over 10 hectars with built up residential area of 164400 sqm comprising 2940 apartments and expected to accommodate approximately 10600 habitants.

Existing prototype masterplan can be multiplied in accordance to the demand of the developers and the funding of the projects.
